Hi. This is such good info. Thanks. In my case, I want to sell my Window 7 Ultimate. If I deactivate the license key on the old computer (unused for at least 4-years) will a potential buyer of the discs and product key be able to install Windows 7 Ultimate on their computer and activate it?
